sizesmithNovember 13, 2011I think that people need to keep their noses in their own buseniss in the event that a woman wishes to place her child. It's the hardest decision she'll ever make, and is she keeps a child she truly doesn't want, then both mother and child will be miserable. The only way to encourage adoption in the few cases where it should be encourage, is to make open adoption legalized. By enforcing legally open adoption, and if the adoptive parents don't honor open adoption, then the first parents (with counseling mianly to the child) should be able to get custody back of the child. The only other (and it is a stupid idea) is to make a reality TV show that shows the adoption process. This unfortunately would be a way to encourage adoption, because stupid people on TV do it, which would make it acceptable.
